Shipping policy

Glohh ships worldwide* with the exception of carrier restricted countries (contact Glohh for more information), using the best carriers to make sure your order gets to you on time. The choice of carrier is determined by the destination address and the size of your order. We select the most efficient shipping carrier for your order to keep shipping cost low.

All International orders are shipped via DHL. We do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes at this time.

*Orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; we suggest you contact your local Customs office for additional information as Glohh cannot be held responsible for delivery days from outstanding customs and duty payments.

Occasionally, the website for your region may not be displaying as intended, if this is the case, please make your purchase using another computer or mobile device attached to a separate network.

Once your order ships, we'll email a tracking number via a "Shipment Notification Email" so you can track your order. Simply use the provided tracking number on the carriers' website. Tracking numbers are provided to Glohh by the carriers, and Glohh cannot be responsible for errors on part of our carriers resulting in delays, or for the content on their websites.

Please Note: It can take up to 24hrs before tracking information is updated on the shipping carriers' website.

Our goal is to offer the fastest possible service by processing orders within 24 business hours. We will try our best to accommodate your order cancellation or adjustment request if your order has not already been processed. However, orders that have already been processed may not be cancelled or modified; you may return your item subject to the Glohh Online Return Policy.

You can cancel your order any time before your order is dispatched. Once your order is dispatched, you will need to return your item to us after receipt. All return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Every order is prepared with the utmost care and presented in an official Glohh box with careful packaging to avoid transit damage.
